The SnoCountry Snapshot is an Emmy nominated weekly television and web show that airs in over 40 markets including New York, Boston, Portland and throughout the east coast. We visit a new resort each week and highlight the snow, the conditions, and the activities skiers and snowboarders can enjoy when they’re out on the slopes.
During the Boston Red Sox‘s 2013 World Championship season, New England Sports Network (NESN) brought in Halley O’Brien as Interactive Correspondent to produce fun, atmospheric television packages. These spots were targeted to casual baseball fans in order to increase viewership among women and young adults. Champagne Survival Kit captured a unique perspective – from Yawkee Way to the seats inside Fenway – allowing viewers to live the excitement.
“Blackbird, Tasty Stuff on Local Now”
The Weather Channel’s new hyper-localized network, Local Now, features sports, food, nightlife and events content specific to your zip code. Halley O’Brien was tasked to find the best restaurants, bars and happy hours around the Denver metro area. As a big foodie who is always looking for a great meal and delicious craft cocktails, this assignment was nothing short of a dream.
Her work on Local Now was nominated for a Heartland Emmy award in the category of Talent/Host/Performer.
